Poliak O. An economic and legal regulation of external economic activity in conditions of WTO

In the dissertation on the basis of studying scientific literature, legislative and other normative legal acts it was implemented complex researching of the mechanism of economic and commercial securement of the implementation of the external economic activity in terms of Ukraine's membership in WTO, analyzed the formation and development of Ukrainian legislation in the external economic activity's sphere, identified features of legal regulation of the external economic in accordance with the rules deals WTO. Analyzed a state of a system of the economic and commercial securement of the implementation of the external economic activity in terms of membership in WTO, there was identified the weaknesses, there was offered to lead a transformation of this system considering of the priorities of national interests of Ukraine in the sphere of realization over the interests of other countries-members of WTO, there had found offers about induce of amendments and additions to the current legislation of Ukraine, that are directed to improving the legal regulation of relations in realizing external economic activity's sphere. It was investigated features of the functioning of the state regulation mechanism's an implementation of the external economic activity in terms of Ukraine's membership in WTO. There were detected features of the organizational and institutional securement of the regulation process of the external economic activity, offered a model of the state regulation applying the restrictive and stimulating means of implementation the external economic activity in terms of WTO's membership.
