Bulkit L. Constitutional legal foundations of social protection in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to complex research of the constitutional legal foundations of social protection in Ukraine. Analyzed the basic historical stages of social protection in Ukraine. Found out the concept and essence of the right to social protection and its place in the system of constitutional rights. Considered the question of social protection as an object of constitutional legal regulation, based on what proposed the definition of constitutional legal regulation of social protection in Ukraine. Studied the constitutional principles of social protection in Ukraine and formulated a number of amendments to Article 46 of the Constitution of Ukraine. Analyzed the basic problems of Ukraine's legislation on social security and proposed specific solutions. Researched the issues of social protection in the acts of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. nalyzed the basic universal and regional international legal acts, the provisions of which establish the appropriate social standards. Studied foreign experience of legal regulation of social protection.
