Essay

The objects are complex pharmacognostic investigation of Ruta L. genera species: R. graveolens L. and R. divaricata Ten. and pharmacological activity of plant substances, obtained from the researched materials; the aim is to conduct complex pharmacognostic investigation of Ruta L. genera species and to determine the possibility of creating drugs based on the biologically active substances of the researched materials; the methods are physical and physic-chemical, chemical, morphological and anatomical, organoleptic, biopharmaceutical, pharmacological, agrotechnical and biological, statistic; the results - the research of chemical composition of R. graveolens L. herb was conducted, substances were isolated and identified, the dependence of quantitative content of basic groups of BAS on the growing conditions and years of harvesting was determined; the parameters of R. graveolens L. herb extracts obtaining were worked out and their standardization was conducted; morphological and anatomical features of Ruta L. genera species herb structure were studied and diagnostic macro- and microscopic features of the researched materials were determined, standardization of raw materials was conducted; phenological research was conducted and agrotechnical methods of R. graveolens L. growing in Precarpathian conditions according to the GACP requirements were developed; implemented into the scientific research work and educational process of pharmaceutical departments of HEE of Ukraine and practical work of the department of introduction and acclimatization of medicinal plants of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian national university Botanical garden; the sphere of usage is pharmacy.
