Vasilev E. The role of local government in Ukraine creates a local system of foreign economic activity

The thesis is devoted to complex research of the role of local government in Ukraine to create local system of foreign trade. A comprehensive analysis of the theoretical and philosophical approaches to understanding foreign trade and their role in the development of the system in local government in Ukraine. It is claimed that foreign trade is a very complex system and activities of state law, mediated and determined foreign state function, which plays an important role in the stable functioning of the state. Argued that foreign economic activities of local authorities based on local factors that favor important immanent feature of constitutional economics, because economic activity of people takes place at the level of local society, that is, within the territory where they live and function as members of the territorial community, realizing their existential individual and collective interests. Subjected to complex analysis of the current legal and constitutional and legal framework that forms the competence of local authorities in the field of foreign trade, and also studied the role of international standards of local government in the establishment of such jurisdiction
