The object of research - the collective processes that occur in a coaxial plasma waveguide by passing microwave radiation with stochastic phase jumps. The purpose - the establishment of criteria and conditions for the effective functioning of the low-pressure discharge initiated by microwave radiation with stochastic phase jumps. Results: created a theoretical model to explain the processes occur-ring in the interaction of stochastic electromagnetic radiation with matter. Uses - physical electronics, plasma physics.
