The thesis shows the new solution actual problem of modern obstetrics and gynecology - efficiency restore reproductive function and reduce the frequency of complications in a subsequent pregnancy and childbirth in women with leiomyoma. Based on a retrospective analysis of the results of myomectomy in women depending on the applicable operational access, the nodes localization and the getting pregnant, the algorithm of differentiated approach to surgical treatment of uterine leiomyoma was developed, and pathogenetically proved, developed and implemented a method of myomectomy with plasmolifting, the introduction of antiadhesive barrier and purpose complex medicines that improve the repair of smooth muscle tissue, which in the aggregate resulted in increased frequency capable of forming scar on the uterus and pregnancy getting, reducing obstetric complications during a subsequent pregnancy and childbirth.
