Scientific work is devoted to rising of efficiency of treatment of disturbances of menstrual function against chronic inflammatory processes of reproductive systems at multiborn women on the basis of studying of clinical-endocrinological, immunological and microbiological changes, and also improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The structure and the main clinical implications of disturbances of menstrual function against chronic inflammatory processes of reproductive system at multiborn women is established. Available data on their pathogenesis on the basis of the obtained endocrinological, microbiological and immunological data and their interrelation with clinical implications are expanded. The received results allowed to prove scientifically need of improvement of treatment-and-prophylactic actions for rising of efficiency of treatment of disturbances of menstrual function against chronic inflammatory processes of reproductive system at multiborn women. The most informative are established clinical, endocrinological, microbiological and immunological markers for an assessment of efficiency of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The technique of stage-by-stage treatment-and-prophylactic actions on the basis of additional use of medicamental correction is improved. Control methods behind the clinical course of restoration of menstrual function and prophylaxis of recurrence of inflammatory processes at multiborn women are offered.
