Guz V. Placental dysfunction at women with the cicatrix on a uterus after Cesarean section that a conservative myomectomy.

Scientific work is devoted to studying of comparative aspects of placental dysfunction at women with the cicatrix on uterus after cesarean section of conservative myomectomy on the basis of an assessment of clinical-laboratory, hormonal, functional and morphological features of formation and functional condition of a fetoplacental complex. The cicatrix role on a uterus after cesarean section and conservative myomectomy in genesise of placental dysfunction is scientifically proved. It is shown that the cicatrix on a uterus after conservative myomectomy doesn't cause disturbances of functional condition of a fetoplacental complex, thus the frequency of placental dysfunction at these women is much less in comparison with the cicatrix on uterus after cesarean section. Endocrinologic, dismetabolical, immunological features at pregnant women with the cicatrix on uterus and their interrelation with the cicatrix reason - cesarean section or conservative myomectomy, and also with development of placental dysfunction are presented. The obtained data allowed to prove scientifically need of early diagnostics of placental dysfunction at women with the cicatrix on a uterus after cesarean section and conservative myomectomy, and also rising of level of vaginal labors for the purpose of depression of frequency of porusheniye of post-natal adaptation of newborns.
