Object of research - the processes of longitudinal and transverse cutting of rolled sheet metal as well as the equipment used for their implementation. Purpose - to increase the quality of rolled sheet metal cut on scissors. Methods of research and the equipment - the numerous mathematical modeling and laboratory-based experiments. Theoretical and practical results - methods of the automated calculation and the recommendation on improvement of technology and the equipment. Novelty - estimation of influence of factors on power parametres and quality indicators. A degree of introduction - practical recommendations of improvement of the technology and equipment for of rolled sheet metal cutting on scissors (there are certificates of introduction). Sphere of use - divisions of metallurgical and machine-building enterprises and branch scientific research institutes.
