Blikharskiy Y. Features of resection and anastomosis of small intestine in the conditions of general peritonitis.

The thesis is devoted to the problem of reliability anastomosis of small intestine and the methods of their study. The work consists of clinical and experimental parts. In experiment on rabbits, it is suggested to assess healing of intestinal wounds by: biological tightness, dynamics of the collagen synthesis, the severity of the patho-morphological processes. Comparing the arcade and conventional method of the resection of small intestine in experimental animals, established that arcade resection increases the biological tightness of the intestinal wound, increases the efficiency of the microcirculation, reduces symptoms of damage and inflammation of the intestinal wall, and accelerates maturation of connective tissue.
