Essay

The study of horizontal crustal movements of Eurasian lithospheric plate was conducted in the dissertation using processing techniques of spatial GNSS networks. In accordance with the annual velocity of horizontal movements there were defined the appearance places of the extreme deformation parameters of the Earth crust. Due to the help of developed technique for the differentiation of tectonic plates with rotational parameters, there were defined the changes of rotation parameters of the European area and the boundaries of the two blocks, which have different rotary settings.
