Pozdniakov Y. Management of a Problem Credit Debt of Bank Clients-Legal Entities

The object of the research is process of control of the credit debt's problem of customer bank entities. The purpose of the development of theoretical position are methodological foundations and practical recommendations for improving the management for the credit debt's problem of customer bank entities. The methods of correlation and regression analysis; construction and method of statistical groupings; ratio analysis; comprehensive assessment methods; probabilistic approach; trend analysis; economic modeling have been applied in this research. The scientific novelty consists in deepening theoretical and methodological regulations for management improvement problem of the credit debt's problem of customer bank entities. The methodical approach for identity problem of the credit debt's problem of customer and reactions of the bank on its emergence in accordance with international standards; conceptual approach to improve the management of corporate loan portfolio based on criteria of minimizing losses from the credit debt's problem; methodical approach to determining ratings problematic bank which based on part indices; methodical approach to credit risk management organization which based on based on a clear definition of its individual stages, mechanisms and methods; system of early prevention of problem loans have been improved in this research.
