For the first time in the domestic legal literature, conducted a complete analysis of civil law regulating property management. Investigated genesis category management, by historical stages and conditions of its formation. The comparative analysis of category management with similar designs related industries, including the public administration, which is found in administrative law. Disproved historical representation only public legal nature management and proved that private management as a form of social control takes place in independent private law. Characteristic features of category management. In connection with this the author formulated the definition of control and set its structure.The main features of category management, including its proprietary investigated legal nature.The question of the principal legal form of implementation of category management and identified by the analysis of the current legislation of the most successful for the legal system of Ukraine.Analyzed the grounds of termination and management.
