Lisitsyna Y. Violation of the established by law order of human organs or tissues transplantation and forcible donation: criminal and legal and criminological characteristics

The thesis is a comprehensive criminal and legal and criminological research of the established by law order of human organs or tissues transplantation and forcible donation. In the work, the social conditionality of criminal liability for such actions was distinguished and analyzed, the content and the peculiarities of the analyzed crimes components were considered. The features of criminological characteristics of such crimes were investigated, as well as the persons, who committed it. The attention was drawn to two groups of indicators ("external" and "internal" features), reflecting the analyzed type of criminal behaviour, as a social practice, in the field of illegal transplantations and blood donation.
