Semenyuk-Prybaten A. Criminal-legal characteristics of property destruction and damage under the Criminal Code of Ukraine

This thesis presents a systemic criminal-legal characteristics of crimes related to destruction and damage of property. In particular, the state of research of problems of criminal liability for property destruction and damage in a domestic criminal law doctrine is clarified. Criminal and legal characteristics of property destruction and damage under articles 194, 196 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is proposed. The dissertation characterises criminal and legal peculiarities of destruction and damage of "special" types of property; destruction and damage of property belonging to "special" victims; and crimes, which modus operandi is property destruction or damage.
