Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the comprehensive study of criminal protection of labor rights. Analyzed legal norms that establish criminal responsibility for crimes against labour rights, which under Art. Art. 172-175 and Art. Art. 271-274 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The author analyzed sanctions of legal norms that establish responsibility for crimes against labour rights and thepractice of criminal prosecution of perpetrators of crimes of this category.
