Lyashevska L. Compensation for damage caused by realization of right on self-defense.

The thesis is devoted to research of legal mechanisms of compensation for damage caused by realization of right on self-defense of civil rights and legal interests. Legal nature of self-defense as non-jurisdictional form of defense of civil rights and legal interests is analyzed; signs of self-defense and its means are determined. The author researches grounds and conditions for compensation for damage caused by self-defense means. On the basis of legal provisions and scientific theses the author makes proposals for solution of an issue of compensation for damage caused by implementation of such self-defense means as necessary defense, emergency actions, adherence of an object and unilateral refusal from deal. Circumstances for excluding civil legal responsibility for damage caused by self-defense are researched.
