In this thesis comprehensively investigated and substantiated the theoretical and methodological and practical approaches to the formation and improvement of the financial mechanism of financial rehabilitation of industrial enterprises. Justifies the conceptual bases of forming the financial mechanism of the reorganization, which includes such subsystems as the functional, financial, organizational, institutional as well as equivalent methods and instruments that implement the sequential and interrelated financial transactions, the results of which is the mobilization of reserves of financial provision to restore solvency and achieve profitability of industrial enterprises.
