Ardashova Y. Spirituality and psychoculture in the context of the personality formation

The dissertation is devoted to philosophical-anthropological analysis of the psychoculture and spirituality in the context of personality formation. The main attention are given to psychoculture as a process of upsurge the personality to the spirituality. Clarified the meaning of "spirituality" and "psychoculture" by comparing them with the concept of "personality". It is shown that psychoculture is the alloy of constructive and destructive elements of the human psyche and characterized the variability manifestations. The was investigated that psychoculture is an internal core of the personality, the main goal - pursuit of the perfection, and it primarily generates spirituality. It was found the influence of globalization and informatization of society on the formation new cultural phenomena. Proved the impact of new cultural phenomena, namely the information fragmentation, the information completeness, virtual circulation, virtual escapism on the formation psychoculture and spiritual of personality. It was found out the specificity psychoculture and spirituality of the personality in Ukrainian society in XX - XXI century.
