The object - the formation of organizational and economic mechanism of energy saving in utilities and evaluation of its efficiency. Objective - deepening and further development of conceptual approaches to develop practical recommendations for improving the organizational and economic mechanism for energy-saving utilities. Methods - abstract logical analysis; comparative analysis; analytical; system-structural analysis; economic modeling; logic synthesis.
