Essay

Based on the theoretical research, developed a model of "vibration device - concrete mixture" in which working body seems like discrete model, and the treated environment like a continuum model; compiled and solved the equations of motion of the system which takes into account the weight of system and shear deformations in the concrete mix. Obtained analytical dependences allowed to define the basic parameters of the system in the modes of common motions and tear-off oscillations of system and establish the laws of their movement. Researched the process of smoothing of horizontal surfaces by working bodies of disk machines and obtained analytical dependences for determination of their main parameters.
