Dibrova O. The Metaphor in Borys Oliinyk's Poetic Speech

Object - language of Borys Oliinyk's poetry; subject - metaphorical structures that are composed of elements of macroconceptosphere UNIVERSE as artist linguistic style dominant; purpose - to determine the specificity of metaphor as one of the linguistic style dominants of Borys Oliinyk's poetry and leading verbalizators of microconceptosphere NATURE and HUMAN as components of macroconceptosphere UNIVERSE; methods - descriptive, method of contextual analysis, functional method, distributive analysis, elements of component analysis; originality - for the first time in Ukrainian linguistics a complex linguistic research of Borys Oliinyk's idiostyle is done, including its dominant components - metaphor of conceptual space; analyzed metaphors - representants of microconceptosphere NATURE and HUMAN as major components of macroconceptosphere UNIVERSE; done a complex linguistic analysis of metaphorical storage of Borys Oliinyk's poetic language, resulting in formation of the mechanisms of copyright metaphorical structures - the most characteristic expressive means of the artist's poetry; viewed correlative metaphorical connections within the formation of images of people, birds, plants and natural elements, events, etc. as components of macroconceptosphere UNIVERSE, including microconceptosphere NATURE and HUMAN; reviewed scientific approaches to the conceptualization of the phenomenon of artistic discourse within the overall anthropocentristic scientific paradigm; the features of the ethnical linguistic picture of the world as the conceptual basis of Ukrainian poetic thinking and determined the role and place in it of linguistic and artistic metaphors; analyzed linguistic poetic features of poet's idiostyle, specificity of means of verbalization of life concepts; identified features of metaphor of microconceptosphere NATURE in the poetry of Borys Oliinyk as a component of the macroconceptosphere UNIVERSE; analyzed features of metaphor of microconceptosphere HUMAN as a component of macroconceptosphere UNIVERSE in Borys Oliinyk's poetry; results - factual material, substantive provisions and conclusions of the thesis can be used in special courses and special seminars of cognitive semantics, cognitive linguistics, linguistic conceptologic, l linguistic personologic, stylistics, ethnic linguistics, for making the textbooks (on history of literary language), on lessons of the modern Ukrainian language (on linguistic analysis), for making the vocabulary of Borys Oliinyk's poetic language, for writing course and diploma projects etc; field - linguistics.
