Dissertation is the separate, complete, combined, scientific research of the Deposit Guarantee Fund as a participant of civil relations. The dissertation analyzes the current legislation, doctrine and practice which regulates the legal relations involving the Fund. In the dissertation it is determined civil principles of the Fund operation as public entity, civil legal status of the Fund, and also it is researched and defined the general characteristics of the contractual relationship which involves the Fund.
