The present dissertation and article deals with the theoretical justification and proposed a multilevel hierarchical system of quality control for feed business that allows subsystems based on the selection and installation of the hierarchy to clarify the structure and options of the production of feed enterprises to improve quality and safety of animal feed production. The developed system of hierarchical quality control in feed mill plant, which provides the opportunity to develop a theory of quality management of animal feed, including formation process quality, from raw materials and ending with finished products to customers and is mainly based on the creation of information technologies in continuous unity with the use of analytical tools. Decomposition phased life support multilevel hierarchical system of quality control that includes a raw material used (plant, animal); methods of treatment (primary or secondary); purpose products obtained in the subsystem (for feed production); appearance of the finished product; ways of sales finished products.
