Dissertation is devoted to the application of a systematic approach and methodology for the geometric and computer modeling for the design for the base of the "free" impregnation and structural elements of the process of ultrasonic equipment for the preparation of polymer compositions and manufacturing high-strength and defect-free winding products from reaktoplastichnyh composite-fiber materials in the chemical and engineering industries. The generalized structural-parametric model of the technological cycle of obtaining reaktoplastichnyh composite-fiber materials, using an intensifying ultrasonic processing, as well as the method of variant design of acoustic concentrators ultrasonic process equipment using computer geometric models, which clearly reflects the existing variational relationship between shape parameters and the test product sizes. Results shaping techniques that improve the performance of computer variant design of these products.
