Research is devoted to reducing the number of background and precancerous lesions of the cervix by studying the epidemiology and by implementing comprehensive monitoring prognostic and diagnostic criteria state of the cervix. The role of epidemiological factors influence the formation and progress of background and precancerous cervical pathology. The method of molecular epidemiological analysis of risk factors for cervical pathology.Defined rate of background and precancerous cervical pathology in women in the modern world. The features of microbiota genital tract in women of reproductive age with background and precancer of the cervix and examined the role of infectious agents. The character of the expression of protein regulators of apoptosis, proliferation and neoanhiohenezu (Bcl-2, Ki-67, CD34) in the background and precancerous cervical pathology on the background of the impact of epidemiological factors. Based on the results determined the nature of the correlation relationship between morphological parameters of molecular-biological factors and epidemiological factors in cervical pathology and developed optimal diagnostic tactics in monitoring patients with background and precancerous cervical pathology. Developed and implemented the algorithm of prognostic and diagnostic criteria for monitoring women with cervical pathology.
