This thesis focuses on highlight the pace of progress in diagnosing and managing of arterial hypertension comorbid with osteoarthrosis in patients with obesity, assessment of clinical course, daily blood pressure profile, adipokines level, dyslipidemia, kidney functional state and prescription of omega-3-polyunsaturated acids for treatment. Comorbidity of arterial hypertension and osteoarthritis, especially with increased body mass index, leads to worsening of pathology that manifests with life quality decreasing, hypercholesterolemia and hyperlipidemia increasing. Hyperlipidemia was accompanied by serum adipokines imbalance - leptin increasing and adiponectin decreasing. Its levels depended on comorbid pathology such as obesity and excessive body mass. It was found that arterial hypertension and osteoarthritis in patients with obesity significant change kidneys function: sodium ions reabsorption increasing, daily sodium excretion with glomerular filtration rate decreasing and microproteinuria increasing (р<0,05). The prescription of omega-3-polyunsaturated acids improves quality of life of patients with arterial hypertension and osteoarthritis, corrects atherogenic hyperlipidemia, restores of adipokine's balance; possesses renoprotective action.
