Moroz L. Normative and methodical ensuring of statistical control of production processes and product quality

Dissertation is devoted to the development and implementation of normative and methodical ensuring of statistical control of production processes and product quality. Ways of application of statistical methods at the entities of specific industries are proved. Combined usage of methodologies of the theory of constraints, lean and six sigma according to which feasibility of their complex application are developed. The mathematical model of integrated function of distribution is offered by means of which it is possible to predict development of behavior of processes in time. The algorithm of a technique of a research of indexes of suitability of process is developed. Is carried out the analysis of production process of sewing of AIRBAG to automobile cover, using methodology of the theory of constraints, and are constructed cause and effect chains of undesirable defects of the rupture of SAB seam, key shortcomings of processes to which it is necessary to pay attention and which improvement on a production stage will provide quality of production processes and products are determined. Numerous researches on definition of models of distribution of random variables on the basis of the obtained data are executed. The intellectual system is developed for a research of indexes of suitability of processes. It is developed and introduced in practice a technique of a research of suitability of processes.
