Essay

The thesis’s object is Post-Soviet semi-presidential systems. The thesis’s subject is institutional features of power-sharing model in Post-Soviet semi-presidential systems. The thesis is devoted to the analysis of post-Soviet semi-presidential systems, and how power-sharing could be applied for reforming of the Ukrainian semi-presidentialism. It has been used the following research methods: neo-institutional analysis, comparative method, comparative and historical method, structure and functional method, system’s method. It has been developed further the theory of power-sharing in comparative politics, especially, its political appearance on the Post-Soviet space. The recommendations on how to optimize the political system in Ukraine and electoral system as well have been provided. The research conclusions could be used in scientific and teaching practices, and as well as for improving of Ukrainian law in practical meaning.
