The conceptual basis of political discourse in the media is interpreced its nature, significance is defined in this summery. A system of syntactic of expressive political discourse is denoted. The concept of the status of political discourse in modern linguistics, is installed its genre features are defined. The validated expressiveness is characterized as a category of structural syntax. The mechanisms of social impact in the political discourse are described. The expressive syntax in the political texts is identified and described in this work. We studied the functional purpose of expressive structures. In particular, it was found that the main function of political discourse is its usage as a tool of political power (the power struggle, the conquest of power, its preservation, stabilization or redistribution). The relation of expressiveness and subjective modality in the political discourse is determined. Expressiveness is considered as the common language category, affecting all aspects of the language. We analyzed the terms "expressive? and "expressiveness" in modern linguistic literature. It is proved that expressiveness is characteristic of the units of all language levels. All the expressive means of different levels have relatively well defined positive or negative connotation. Categories of expressiveness, emotion, evaluation are related, but are not identical. The expressive language units are psycholinguistic, sociolinguistic and proper criteria for assessing the linguistic expression. The category of expressiveness is manifested at different levels of the language system and in particular, on the stylistic, demonstrating the diversity of its expressive possibilities. The expressive structures of the political text have predominantly emotive value, acting as emphatic equivalents of neutral syntax. Emotive communication is a conscious, controlled demonstration of emotion, object-oriented and used for strategic purposes: the impact on the environment, demonstration of loyalty, benevolence, preventing a possible conflict, its social function is the impact on the perception of the destination and its understanding of the situation. The place of communicative member and nonmember offers of both designs structures expressing expression in media, texts and of the beginning of the XXI century. The functions of incomplete sentences as units of expressive syntax are differentiated. By the nature of the sentence passes they are divided into two types: self-incomplete and elliptical. Depending on the admission of a member of the proposals highlighted several varieties of self-incomplete sentences: 1) contextually incomplete; 2) situational incomplete; 3) incomplete segmented (parceled and connection); 4) ragged proposals.
