Тнe оbject is a process of implementing process management; the goal is study theoretical basis, development of methodological and practical recommendations for the implementation of process management; the methods are general scientific and specific; the novelty - formed the author's definition of "process management"; improved scientific and methodological approaches to assessing the implementation of management functions, comprehensive approach to process management of trade enterprises of consumer cooperatives; were further developed the scientific and methodological approaches to building structural and logical model implementation of the process management of trade enterprises of consumer cooperatives, the methodical bases of optimization of business processes, systematic approach to estimation the effectiveness of process management; theoretical and practical results - summarizes the main provisions of management theory, the essence of the concept of "process management"; the evolution of scientific approaches to process management has been studied; proposed scientific and methodical approach to implementation of process management for trade enterprises of consumer cooperatives, defined methodological principles to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of process management; the results of research are implemented into an economic practice.
