There are developed new approaches in therapy of patients suffering from ischemic heart disease with coronary syndrome X, which are based on simultaneous application of medical therapy, electrosleep and ozone therapy. There are examined 138 patients suffering from ischemic heart disease with coronary syndrome X, with and without severe coronary tortuosity phenomenon, with stable angina FC І-ІІ. It is found that electrosleep improves correction of endothelial dysfunction, increases the level of endothelial-dependent vasodilatation of the brachial artery with a saved endothelial-independent vasodilatation, reduces the resistance index of the brachial artery, increases the antianginal and antiischem?c effectiveness of therapy, reducing the number and intensity of attacks of angina, stabilizing its course, increasing tolerance to physical activity, power load and double product, reducing the functional class of angina by reducing heart arrhythmias, improving the satisfaction of treatment and quality of life, regardless of the presence of severe coronary tortuosity. Efficiency of electrosleep in combination with ozone therape after influence on a endothelial function and clinical efficiency similar to action of electro-sleep, but in a greater degree, than at application of only electrosleep.
