Essay

The thesis deals with the humanization as trends of development of Ukrainian law. Humanism is regarded as one of the basic foundations of the existence of modern civilization, which is manifested in all its aspects. Among them a prominent place is occupied by the right as a guarantor of the humanistic essence of the existing rules for the protection of human interests and dignity. We studied the development of humanism as a philosophical doctrine and a legal concept. The paper developed a methodological study humanization of the machine right.
