Essay

The thesis has studied and improved theoretical and practical issues of criminal law combating illicit enrichment. He has considered objective and subjective elements of a crime under art. 368-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the criteria distinguishing illegal enrichment from adjacent structures of crimes, revealed problematic issues of establishing penalties for illicit enrichment in the current criminal legislation. The author has developed proposals for amendments and additions to legislation in terms of strengthening the criminal-legal counteraction to illegal enrichment.
