Essay

The thesis deals with the social danger of penetration of prohibited items to the penitentiary institutions. The legal base to prevent the penetration of prohibited items to the penitentiary institutions is researched. A criminological characteristics and the system of prevention the penetration of prohibited items to the penitentiary institutions are formulated. The suggestions to improve current legislation and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of penitentiary institutions to prevent the penetration of prohibited items to convicts are carried out.
