Essay

The dissertation is a complex research of formation and development of legal science and education at the Zamoyski Academy. We characterize the methodological basis of the research, the nature of certain methods and principles of scientific knowledge, which are used to cover this theme. The main methodological approach to the analysis of legal education in the Zamoyski Academy is a civilizational approach, using which we can analyze the development of legal science and education at the Zamoyski Academy specific to late medieval European legal awareness and legal culture.
