Prodyvus V. Mechanisms of regulation of regional development in Ukraine

Object of study: State regional administration Objective: justification of theoretical and methodological foundations, development of scientific recommendations for improving the mechanisms of state regulation of regional development in Ukraine. Methods: analysis, synthesis, scientific abstraction, quantitative and qualitative comparison, observation, statistical, graphical, system-structural, modeling, prediction, hypotheses and assumptions formalization. Results: grounded theoretical and methodological principles developed scientific and practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of state regulation of regional development in Ukraine. Novelty: developed the approach to the formation mechanism of adaptation region, which includes two circuits: the economic agents and management, providing a balance of interests of the state, business and the public; improved fiscal mechanism in stimulating regional development; obtained the further development of the integrated modeling of state regulation of regional development and others. Introduced in the work of the Committee on State Construction, Regional Policy and Local Self-Government of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Kyiv Regional Council and the Academy of municipal management. Industries: public authorities, local authorities and government, enterprises, civil society organizations.
