Radko V. Not incubation prophylaxis at women with chronic endometritis in the anamnesis.

Scientific work is devoted to depression of frequency of not incubation and perinatal pathology at women with a chronic endometritis in the anamnesis on the basis of studying the clinical-ehografical, endocrinological, microbiological and morphological changes, and also improvement of complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Available data on not incubation pathogenesis on the basis of the obtained endocrinologic data and their interrelation between clinical-ehografical changes are expanded: a chorion and amnion hypoplasia, and also an early hydroamnion against depression of the maintenance of a estriolum and progesteronum. Frequency and terms of spontaneous abortion in 1 trimester at women with a chronic endometritis in the anamnesis depending on use of auxiliary genesial technologies is established. Obstetric and perinatal results of delivery at women with a chronic endometritis in the anamnesis taking into account use of auxiliary genesial technologies are studied. The received results allowed to prove need of improvement of treatment-and-prophylactic actions scientifically. The technique stage-by-stage (the peredgravidarny and gestational periods) treatment-and-prophylactic actions at women with chronic endometritis in the anamnesis with use of auxiliary genesial technologies is improved. Control methods behind the clinical course of pregnancy are offered, since І a trimester and finishing a delivery.
