Terekhov V. The differentiated approach to surgical treatment hysteromyomas of the larger sizes.

Scientific work is devoted to rising of efficiency of surgical treatment of hysteromyoma of the larger sizes on the basis of studying the clinical-ehografical and morphological features, and also development and deployment of the differentiated approach to choice of technique of expeditious treatment with use of modern endoscopic technologies. Scientific justification of advantages of laparoscopic and vaginal access of expeditious treatment of hysteromyoma of the larger sizes on the basis of clinical-laboratory and ehografical inspection, and also the analysis of the early and remote results is presented at various accesses of surgical treatment. The scientific assessment of comparative aspects of performance of hysterectomies, complications, parameters of the postoperative period and the remote results of quality of life after various surgical accesses (laparotomy, laparoscopy, vaginal) is given. Criteria for a choice of various surgical accesses are defined and scientifically proved at hysterectomy at patients with a hysteromyoma of the larger sizes. It is shown that use of a laparoscopy and vaginal access as basic at radical surgical interventions at patients with hysteromyoma of the larger sizes conducts to depression of injury, the hemorrhage decrease, a favorable current of the postoperative period and improvement of quality of life.
