Stoianov G. An improvement of mechanism of development of credit unions of Ukraine

This thesis research summarizes the scientific studies of the concept of credit unions (CU), their essence and typology; analyses the current state and problems of CU development on the market of the financial services; conceptual principles of the CU development mechanism are established. For effective management and development of the current activities of the CU, this work proposes the scientific-methodological approach to the rationale for choosing the developmental model of CU. The scheme of participation of legal entities in the expansion of the resource base of the CU is offered. The scientific-methodological approach to the forecasting of development of CU scenarios based on construction of integrating efficiency indicator of CU activity. The formation of a decision tree of possible alternatives in CU development as the adaptation of a three-periodic three-nominal model.
