Dissertation is devoted to the scientific substantiation methodical approaches and practical recommendations in order to determine level and prevalence of the raditional anxiety among inhabitants of the nuclear-energy complex enterprises regions and complex preventive measures implementation, which were focused on the public mental health improving. In the work features of population perception medico - ecological risks of the different origin, which covered a paradigm "you should know" - "you should understand" - "you should execute" were research Peculiarities of the subjective assessment covered health state and psychological status worker staff and small towns inhabitants, which were popular for its fast development of the uranium and mining industry enterprises, have been described. It was determined, that the numerous psychodiagnostic methods of raditional anxiety investigation should be carrying out for clear raditional anxiety research without impact of other psycho-emotional features of a human being, i.e. these methods have a low specificity. We proposed an innovative method of raditional anxiety investigation, which was focused on the population sociological survey, applying self - questionnaire method with the further establishment level of the raditional anxiety, using qualitative characteristics. Multiple stages complex of preventive measures was proposed for inhabitants of the regions with developed extraction and processing of uranium ore industry, as well as organizational, sanitary - preventive, hygienic, which were background for the coordination activity of the local authorities, administration, medical care companies, health care institutions, public bodies, mass media, educational establishments in order to identify and carry out a target prevention of the raditional anxiety disorders.
