The dissertation covers issues related to the complex research of legal grounds for determination of the conditions of the economic agreements. Special features of the the conditions of the economic agreement are defined, classification of the conditions of the economic agreements based on the different criteria is done, legal grounds for determination of the conditions of the economic agreements and the procedure of determination of conditions of the economic agreements are analyzed, correlation between the stages of interpretation and defining the conditions of the economic agreements is defined and analyzed, peculiarities of the authentic interpretation of the conditions of the economic agreements are considered.
