The thesis is a research into the theoretical and practical aspects of legal characteristics of criminal responsibility for avoiding serving punishments not connected with isolation of a person. The thesis provides a detailed analysis of objective and subjective elements of the crimes envisaged by section 2 of Article 388, by Article 389 and by sections 1, 2 of Article 390 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Also problematic aspects of criminal law consequences for avoiding serving a fine have been considered.7452
