Essay

The research focuses on the mechanism to ensure fairness of the trial of civil cases. The relationship of civil justice and fairness is argued. The international practice of justice interpretation is analyzed. It is concluded that the procedural aspects of the problem of fairness of the trial of civil cases are: access to justice in civil cases; enforcement of judgments; motivation of judicial decisions; reasonable time; independence and impartiality of judges.
