Petrashenko I. Justification of laparoscopy of acute appendicitis in pregnant and technical features of its implementation

In work determined the frequency of symptoms of acute appendicitis during pregnancy based on trimesters. Studied their diagnostic informative and informative additional research methods: leucocyte formula, ultrasound, laparoscopy. Further justified expediency of using laparoscopy in acute appendicitis during pregnancy, demonstrated its safety by studying certain criteria systemic inflammatory response syndrome, coagulation, incidence of obstetric and surgical complications, renewal of the motor-evacuation function of the gastrointestinal tract and further course of pregnancy, delivery and newborn state. Also defined place of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of acute appendicitis, depending on the trimester of pregnancy. Using laparoscopy with particular techniques has reduced the frequency of obstetric complications at patients with acute appendicitis during pregnancy.
