Doncov D. Inheritance of the married couples on the civil legislation of Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to research of theoretical, legislative and practical problems of inheritance of the married couples on the civil legislation of Ukraine. Author analyses a history of institute of inheritance of the married couples is in-process investigational in a civil law. Doctrine and legislative determinations of marriage, family, general testament of the married couples, grounds of confession of its by invalid are analysed. Author investigate inheritance of the married couples on a law and testament, and also features of its realization, in particular in part of right on an obligatory stake. Legal position of persons, that lived one family, but were not in marriage inter se or in any other marriage, and also property purchased, is exposed during being in these relations from the point of view of its inheritance. Court practice of consideration of spores related to the inheritance of the married couples, and also persons that lived one family without registration of marriage, in particular in the cases of confession of marriage invalid analyses. Author set certain suggestions and recommendations how to improve of the legal adjusting in the field of investigation.
