The thesis is a complex research the rights of persons convicted to imprisonment for the life and health protection in Ukraine which includes questions theoretical and practical content. The state of researches related to providing the rights of persons convicted to imprisonment for the life and health protection in Ukraine is tested in the thesis. Forms and facilities of providing the right of convicted to imprisonment persons in Ukraine for the life and health protection are described. Ways of problems decision related to realization of the right for medical assistance of the convicted persons are offered.
