Viіtovуch L. Chronic gastric ulcer: predicting complications, indication for preventive surgeries.

The dissertation is devoted to the prediction of complications of gastric ulcers and development indications for preventive surgery for their passing. The dissertation is based on the results of the examination and treatment of 185 patients with chronic gastric ulcer. Indicators survey of 53 patients with complicated peptic ulcer disease used to develop criteria for predicting acute complications of gastric ulcers and precancerous changes of gastric mucosa. Improving the quality of life of patients with gastric ulcer can be achieved through a combination of effective conservative treatment with expansion relative indications for preventive organsaving surgery proactively predictable complications.
