Object - the educational process of the students of pedagogical universities; the aim is to identify the impact of theoretically grounded and experimentally tested didactic conditions of ensuring the continuity of teaching natural-mathematical disciplines to the students of pedagogical universities on the formation of the educational process integrity; methods - analysis, comparison, generalization, synthesis, scientific, empirical, mathematical statistics; novelty - for the first time, the didactic conditions of ensuring the continuity of teaching natural-mathematical disciplines to the students of pedagogical universities are justified and experimentally tested; the essence of the concepts "continuity of teaching" as a didactic principle is clarified. The study's main results and conclusions are that the defined didactic conditions of ensuring the continuity of teaching natural- mathematical sciences to the students can be implemented in the educational process of higher pedagogical educational institutions. The study's materials can be used in the process of professional training of bachelors and masters of pedagogical specialities, in the system of postgraduate education, during the development of curriculas, the preparation of manuals and guidelines on natural-mathematical sciences; field - pedagogy.
