Golina O. Economic and Legal Institutionalization of Contracts for the Provision of Services.

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical fundamentals of the economic and legal regulation of the contractual relationship associated with the provision of services and formation, on their basis, of proposals for improving the current laws in this particular field. The paper generalizes the basic conceptual approaches pertaining to the understanding of the service as an economic and legal category. The service is characterized as a subject of the economic and legal regulation; the term "legal regime of services" is defined; and factors, influencing the formation of its content, are elicited. The subject matter of the contractual relationship, arising in connection with the provision (rendering) of the services in the area of business, is identified; typification of such services is carried out; and basic model contracts for the provision of the same are outlined. Peculiarities of contracts for the provision of services in the business environment are analyzed; the same are systematized; and their place and significance within the general system of business contracts are described. The vector of further development of the legal regulation of the business contract relationship, associated with the provision of the service, is defined.
